Set up Koda
Open Koda and follow a short guided setup. Koda walks you through one step at a time so your Mac is ready to build and preview apps.
Create and manage apps
Create a new SwiftUI app from Home or from Apps, open an existing Xcode project, and reopen recent work from your project library.
Connect external services
Configure a development team, database, or outside API for one app so Koda’s agents can build features that depend on that service—sign-in, shared data, Shopify catalogs, and similar integrations. Credentials are kept in Koda and called through a secure proxy so secrets never land in chat or in the app binary, where they could be extracted from a shipped iOS build.
Develop your app
Use chat, the App Roadmap, the live simulator, and the code view together to turn plain-language requests into a working iOS app.
Koda Agents
Koda builds with two agents: a Supervisor that plans and reviews, and an Xcode agent that implements changes in your project. Together they work from the project App Roadmap and, when needed, a short Current Work Plan for the chat at hand.
Connect Supabase
Connect your Supabase account in Integrations so Koda can create or link backends for your apps.
Deploy your app
Connect Apple Developer, then turn the current Xcode project into a signed IPA, validate it with Apple, and upload it to App Store Connect.
Review past chats
Reopen earlier conversations from the sidebar so you can continue work with the same chat context.
Add an AI provider key
Save one OpenAI or Anthropic API key locally so Koda can plan, write, and revise your app. You only need one provider—not both.
Manage your profile
Review the account currently signed in to Koda, update its display name, and end the session safely.
